Job Summary
House Parents — married couples needed to live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents will follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must submit individual applications.
