Job Summary
House Parents share a full-time, on-campus residential role supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students in a structured, family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position starts as a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and training. Applicants must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans are required. Relocation to Hershey, PA is included in the offer.
