Job Summary
House Parents - two-person married couple role living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and guidance to campus students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students, lead daily devotions and chapel activities, budget and report on household operations, and support multiple student homes with a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule. Requires robust commitment to student development, on-campus living, and a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Valid U.S. driver’s license; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Willingness to reside on-campus; Must be legally married for at least two years; Both spouses 27 or older; Must complete individual employment applications; No alcohol permitted on duty; Proximity to campus; Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel; Ability to drive student home vans; Background check and certification requirements for driving
