Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents for a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines; responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible to placed houseparent while living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with salary per person of $46,917 and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are included. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
