Job Summary
Married couples reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off cycle and eventual placement in a shared student home. Requires on-campus living, on-site responsibility for student well-being, and a focus on building a family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
