House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA where couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, medications, and transportation, lead devotions and Chapel, plan activities, oversee budgeting and reporting, and eventually transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, and requires both spouses to apply individually. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old per spouse, have a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; background in youth work or volunteering and comfort with Judeo-Christian activities are expected.
