House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and life-skills development for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning toward a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. The role operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle during initial placement, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Relocation is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration. Qualifications include experience with youth, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, valid U.S. driver ds license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty, and high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in leading devotions and chapel activities, integrity and professionalism, and suitability for a role within a residential school environment are required. Relocation assistance and paid training are included; salary per person is listed with total compensation per couple. Location: Hershey, PA on-campus housing with potential placement in a separate student home; Carnesville, GA is also a listed location for staff presence.
