House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents at Milton Hershey School (MHS) are full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of students. The role involves supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. The position includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
