House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents - Flex on-campus role for married couples. Full-time positions reside in student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement within the same student home. Requires two-person, fully engaged partnership for both spouses; relocation is provided. Must have a high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, willingness to be trained to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited dependent children; must be at least 27 years old per spouse and married at least two years.
