House Parents – two-person, full-time roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (on-campus homes for 8–13 students). Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving and organizing activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a stable home with the same group of students.
