Job Summary
House Parents: Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes in a structured family-like environment, supervising and mentoring a group of ~813 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent who stays with the same student home. Compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits, plus relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited; comfort leading devotions and chapel services
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-person role for couples
- On-campus housing provided as part of compensation
