House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School, residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting; initially a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home as a Placed Houseparent; requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married two-person couple aged 27 or older; benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
