Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and adapting from nine days on/three days off toward a placed-houseparent role within the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license with potential to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, and both must complete individual employment applications. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to model positive behavior for students
