House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and supervision, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to relocate. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; the position offers salary of $44,768 per person ($168,000 total estimated annual compensation per couple) plus comprehensive benefits.
