Job Summary
House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home, provide supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires two married spouses (both 27+) to apply separately; high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; on-campus, on-site housing and a smoke- and weapon-free campus with religious services access.
