House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on campus and provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual placement in a consistent student home as a Placed Houseparent.
