Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for about 8–13 students, including administering medications, coordinating routines, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
