Job Summary
Two-person married couples will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus in student homes and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to the Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO) and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
