Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. Requires experience with youth, on-campus housing duties, and a valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; two-year married-couple eligibility and age 27+ for both spouses.
