Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and progress from a rotating nine-day-on/three-days-off schedule to a permanent placed home with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
