Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, and guiding devotions and Chapel attendance. Initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off cycle, then transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and other per-couple compensation expected to total about $180,000. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
