House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in an on-campus home while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead developmental, recreational, and devotional programs, including accompanying students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires married couples (ages 27+) to work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Full-time Flex Houseparents eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same student group.
