Job Summary
Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and managing household routines and budgeting. Initially on a nine-on/three-off schedule, the roles transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing and meals during duty periods. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with van-certification ability, and a two-year legally married status with both spouses at least 27 years old; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a safe, smoke- and weapon-free campus.
