House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship to groups of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/four days-off cycle toward a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students.
