Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and wellness support for 8–13 students while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Serve nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. This two-person role requires a married couple (married at least two years, both 27+) to reside in on-campus student homes, fostering a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
