Job Summary
House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide supervision and guidance for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and leads to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 per couple) plus comprehensive insurance, retirement, and relocation assistance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years with ages 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; willingness to participate in Judeo-Christian chapel activities. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
