House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule: nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
