Job Summary
House Parents — a two-person, married-couple role providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with future transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required with on-site housing and benefits. Salary $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Qualified couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
