Two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation around $180,000 per couple; requires commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and adherence to campus policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum
- Two-person role for couples married for at least two years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
