Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, on-campus in Hershey, PA. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to groups of approximately 8–13 students; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent position living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for consideration
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Proficiency in supervising youth in a residential setting
