House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time role for married couples living on-campus to care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and housing/meal benefits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications.
