House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person married-couple role living on-campus in student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and religious activities. The position follows a nine-on, three-off schedule with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role, and includes relocation to Hershey, PA with on-site housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
