Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, and support, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee household routines and budgeting, and report on household activities. The role begins with a nine-on/two-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for driver certification; must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+; relocation assistance and paid training are provided; the position offers full-time compensation and benefits for both spouses.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted on duty
