House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and housing/utilities are included. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to smoke-free and weapon-free campus rules. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
