Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents in a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students). Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, retirement plans, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse eligibility with both spouses applying independently
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services

- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
