Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They will oversee household routines and budgeting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially and eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Two-person role for couples
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
