Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of about 813 students in on-campus homes; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications and ensure student wellness; drive students to activities and plan/engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; work as a two-person married couple in a Full-time Flex Houseparent role, initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home and relocation to on-campus housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
