House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on a on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, including overseeing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting for the household. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
