House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement), paid training, and PTO are provided. Requires a two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid driver’s licenses, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
