House Parents for married couples in a Full-time Flex Houseparent role. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment. Requires two-person, married-couple eligibility, relocation to Hershey, PA, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with family-like oversight of student wellbeing.
