Job Summary
Two-person married-couple on-campus Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a residential home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, maintaining routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Qualifications include youth experience, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and on-campus housing and meals. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; total compensation approximately $168,000 per couple."
Required Qualifications
