Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
