Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social development. Upon hire, support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning later to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, over 27, and hold a valid driver's license to operate student vans.
