Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside in on-campus student homes in Clayton, OH, to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, and actively engage in developmental and recreational planning. They will lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. This on-campus position includes housing, meals on duty, and other benefits as part of total compensation. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Competence to lead students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
