Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, supervision, guidance, and support for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
