House Parents live on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structured family-like routines for 8–13 students. The role involves managing household duties, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. This is a two-person, fully-funded relocation opportunity for legally married couples, initially in a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and adherence to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications. Required Qualifications
