Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting, household reporting, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to aPlaced Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement, paid time off, and on-duty meals and housing. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance provided; training included.
