House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. This two-person, married-couple role resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle initially and potential transition to a placed houseparent role. Required Qualifications
