House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents are a two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The pair reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially, schedules are nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home role. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) totaling approximately $180,000 for a couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-year relationship minimum, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to lead spiritual activities in a Judeo-Christian context; both spouses must submit individual applications for consideration. Relocation assistance is provided as part of the package, and on-site housing and meals are included during duty periods.
