House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students; couples must be married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and complete separate applications. Initial schedule is nine days on, three off, with eventual placement in a dedicated home; includes driving students, planning activities, devotions, Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Relocation assistance provided; salary per person $44,768 plus benefits.
